Seth Field is a finance professional astute to the inner workings and the importance of good financial stewardship as critical components in the success of business enterprises. He has experience leading and working as a member of accounting and finance teams specializing in serving various sectors, including, but not limited to, real estate, property management, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare entities, Broadway productions and theatrical clients.

Seth received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. For several years following Northwestern, he worked in non-profit entertainment and hospitality management. Here is where he began to concentrate on the need not only for quality data, but also an effective way to communicate that data to its end users.

After completing his MBA in Accountancy from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, Seth sat for and received his CPA designation. For five years following this endeavor, he worked in public accounting, focusing on the audit and assurance services that businesses require. He was able to gain valuable experience with a multitude of reporting requirements, financial systems, and communication preferences.

Following his family’s move to the Rochester, NY region, Seth entered into private business in Real Estate and Property Management. He has served in roles throughout management, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. With these years of experience, he gained valuable insight into needs of owners, investors, and other management team member needs. Without understanding the goals of team members and organizations, it is impossible to deliver a product that meets the requirements necessary to operate and grow a business. Seth excels at this level of communication. He is able to convey clear and actionable goals to those that need the information to make crucial organizational decisions.

In his off time, Seth loves spending time with his wife and two children. You can catch them outside swimming during the summer, or on the mountain skiing in the winter. He loves spending time with friends and family and hosting whoever is available for cookouts throughout the year. Of course, his two dogs would be very angry if they didn’t get a mention as well!
